Description
This pesto was from a recipe where it was served with crab cakes.
Ingredients
30 g
Fresh coriander 40 g
Flat leaf parsley 2
Cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped 60 g
Grated parmesan 50 g
Pine nuts 150 ml
Extra virgin olive oil 1 pn
Salt 1 pn
PepperInstructions
Put the Coriander, Parsley, Garlic, Parmesan and Pine Nuts in food processor.
Add salt, process for 15-20 minutes, slowly adding the oil.
