Description
Hot chocolate made with real chocolate.
Ingredients
2 oz
Plain chocolate 1⁄2 pt
MilkInstructions
Heat milk in a pan. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Stir into the milk.
Notes
I usually use some kirsh in my chocolate. Marshmallows, dusting with chocolate or cinnamon.
